Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping via UPS and USPS is typically used, and most products can be expected in 5 to 7 days depending on shipping location. Smaller prints are shipped in flat cardboard envelopes, while larger prints may be shipped in rolled tubes. We do our best to ensure that your purchase arrives undamaged; however, in the event that there is damage upon arrival please review our return and exchange policy to see how to arrange a replacement.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do offer refunds and exchanges in cases where the delivered print is different than what was ordered or if the print arrives damaged. Items must be reported within 30 days of order date to qualify for a full replacement. Contact us to initiate the process.
If an item damaged during shipment, please reach out via the contact page within a week of receiving your damaged print so we can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products.
Please be aware that colors can vary slightly from screen to screen depending on computer settings. As such, the colors in your final print may appear slightly different than those on your screen. Unfortunately, this discrepancy is not grounds for full return or refund of your purchase.
